Please read our entire Cancellation and Refund Policy before submitting registration. If it becomes necessary to cancel your registration, notify us in writing with your request to cancel via e-mail eckysar@erols.com at least 2 weeks prior to the cropping event or by telephone at 703-819-4049.
Subject: Cancellation. Please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address along with the method used to purchase your registration. Escape and Scrap™ reserves the right to cancel a scheduled event and is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants. In case of cancellation by Escape and Scrap™, all funds collected from registrants will be promptly refunded. Although Escape and Scrap™ will be present in the cropping room during the event, Escape and Scrap™ cannot be held responsible for your personal items.
